Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access and use of the software service ("Service") provided by Zamz Labs LLC ("Company"). 1. License and Service Use

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership: The Service, including all intellectual property rights therein, is owned by Zamz Labs LLC or its licensors. Zamz Labs LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.

3.2. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or otherwise transmit through the Service ("User Content").

4. Payment and Fees

4.1. Subscription Plans: The Service may be provided on a paid subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the pricing and billing terms set forth on our website or as otherwise agreed between you and Zamz Labs LLC.

4.2. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the Service, excluding taxes based on Zamz Labs LLC's net income.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. ZAMZ LABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAMZ LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ZAMZ LABS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason at all. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be terminated, and you shall immediately cease using the Service and delete any copies of the Service in your possession or control.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of the United States.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Zamz Labs LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
